Parking Lot Striping

Sharp lines, code-compliant layouts, and long-lasting markings that keep your lot safe, legal, and looking its best.

A parking lot is the first thing your customers see, and faded or crooked lines send the wrong message. Beyond curb appeal, the markings on your lot carry real legal and safety weight: accessible stalls and access aisles must meet ADA dimensions, fire lanes must be clearly marked, and traffic must flow safely. We lay out and stripe lots of every size with commercial-grade, high-visibility traffic paint, adding reflective glass beads where night visibility matters and offering longer-lasting thermoplastic for high-traffic drive lanes. Whether it's a fresh layout on new pavement, a re-stripe over faded lines, or a full re-configuration to add capacity, we measure carefully, mask sharp lines, and schedule the work after hours or in sections so your business keeps running.

ADA & Code Compliance

We lay out accessible stalls, access aisles, van-accessible spaces, and fire lanes to current ADA and local code dimensions so your lot passes inspection and avoids fines.

Durable, High-Visibility Markings

Commercial traffic paint with optional reflective glass beads for night visibility, plus thermoplastic options for drive lanes and high-wear areas that need to last.

Full Layout & Stenciling

Stalls, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, loading zones, numbering, and stencils (Reserved, No Parking, EV, Van Accessible) — and we repaint curbs and bollards to match.

Low-Disruption Scheduling

We stripe after hours, overnight, or section by section with proper traffic control and cones, so customers and tenants are never locked out of your lot.

How it works

  1. 1

    Assess & Measure

We review your existing layout or design a new one, confirming stall counts, ADA requirements, fire lanes, and traffic flow before any paint goes down.

  2. 2

    Clean & Prep

We sweep and blow the surface clean of dirt, debris, and loose material so the paint bonds tightly to the asphalt or concrete.

  3. 3

    Lay Out & Chalk

We snap chalk lines and set out stencils to exact measurements, so every stall, arrow, and marking lands straight and correctly spaced.

  4. 4

    Stripe, Stencil & Cure

We apply lines and stencils with a professional striping machine, then keep the lot coned off until the markings are dry and ready for traffic.
